MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Master Service Agreement (Agreement) is between TRIJIT being an INDIAN Company having its registered office at #531, 12th A Main Road, 14th A Cross, A Sector, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore - 560 064 (hereinafter referred to as the "TRIJIT" which expression shall include his heirs, successors, legal representatives and assignees) and its Customer having its registered office at (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" which expression shall include his heirs, successors, legal representatives and assignees). TRIJIT and Customer shall individually be called as "TRIJIT", "Customer" and collectively called as "Parties".
The Parties agree as follows:
Each Party acknowledges that Order Processing Form OPF shall be confirmed / completed only once each Party has accepted the terms mentioned in this Master Service Agreement ("MSA") the Service Level Agreement ("SLA") and the terms mentioned in Accepted User Policy ('AUP"). This MSA shall include the SLA and will bind both of the Parties to all of the terms and conditions mentioned hereof. This Agreement covers all the terms and conditions with respect to the Services detailed in the OPF to be provided by Trijit and to be received by the Customer. This Agreement shall supersede all prior oral or written agreements, negotiations, discussions between TRIJIT and Customer.
